Property Access and Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing safe timely access to the work area and for identifying known hazards concealed utilities restrictions building rules and other conditions that may affect performance. Unforeseen conditions may require additional work or schedule changes.

Permits Approvals and Materials

Responsibility for permits inspections approvals material selections and owner supplied items will be stated in the project agreement. Product availability delivery delays and conditions outside reasonable control may affect scheduling.

Payments

Deposits progress payments final payment taxes fees and accepted payment methods are governed by the applicable written agreement or invoice. Past due balances may be subject to lawful collection costs or other remedies stated in that agreement.

Workmanship and Warranties

Any workmanship warranty will be stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties are subject to their own terms. Damage caused by misuse neglect unauthorized alterations normal wear hidden conditions or events outside reasonable control may not be covered.

Emergency Services

Emergency response availability depends on location conditions staffing access and safety. Contact emergency services when a situation presents an immediate threat to life health or public safety.

Intellectual Property
